Klebang's Royal Bay Plan

Design Concept

Set along the reclaimed coast of Melaka, this waterfront development features six high-rise residential towers, a five-star hotel, and a mix of retail and dining. Inspired by the theme of “living with the ocean,” the buildings are arranged in a triangular layout to maximize sea views. The design merges natural scenery with local culture, creating a seaside destination for both living and leisure. Green materials and energy-efficient systems are integrated throughout, underscoring the project’s commitment to coastal sustainability and quality of life.
